Soft Corn Wowotou——the Gospel of Diabetics
1.
Mix cornmeal, bean noodles (soybean noodles) and baking soda, (only put a little bit of baking soda, if you really can’t manage the amount, don’t put it in, it will be bitter if you put too much)
2.
Add boiling water and stir quickly until there is a small amount of dry flour. (The hot noodles will be softer. So the noodles should be slightly dry)
3.
And make dough by hand,
4.
Divide the dough into equal parts and knead it into a ball with your hands.
5.
Put it on your thumb to make a shape like a wowotou. (The hot noodles will not be shaped as well as ordinary dough, but the rough shape will be fine.)
6.
The prepared wotou will wake up for about 10 minutes, and then steam it for 15 minutes. Don’t worry about steaming the whole grains and the noodles will get old. If you steam it for a while, it’s fine. Very good choice,
