Soft Glutinous Brown Sugar Rose Cake

Ingredients: 100 g glutinous rice flour, 30 g noodles, 50 g rose sauce, 20 g brown sugar, 100 ml warm ginger juice, 20 ml water, 20 g corn oil.

Mix glutinous rice flour, noodles and brown sugar.

Add the ginger juice and stir to form a smooth batter.

Pour in rose sauce and corn oil.

Stir and stir well.

Put it into a silicone mold and let it stand for 30 minutes.

Put it in a boiling water pot and steam for 20-30 minutes.

Cooked out of the pot.

Let cool.

Tips:
The amount of rose sauce can be increased or decreased according to your own taste.
The steaming time should be increased or decreased according to the size of the rose cake.
It is easier to demold using silicone molds.
