Soft Pomelo Peel Candy

Ingredients: 1000 grams of grapefruit peel, 700 grams of rock sugar, appropriate amount of water, appropriate amount of salt

Grapefruit peeled off the yellow skin

Remove the top cover

Peel the grapefruit and use only the grapefruit peel

Tips:
When rinsing and squeezing water, try to squeeze the water to avoid bitter taste.
