Sophora Japonica
1.
This is Sophora japonica. Pick clean. Some pros will remove this stalk, but I did not remove it.
2.
Wash with clean water, put some salt in the water when washing, and stir regularly. Fish it out.
3.
Put the Sophora japonica in the plate and beat an egg. Stir well.
4.
Then add the right amount of flour, adding a little first. I didn't add water, sophora japonica was used after washing. There will also be an appropriate amount of water in it.
5.
After stirring, no excess batter was seen, it was all covered with a thin layer of Sophora japonica. Add a little salt and mix well.
6.
Heat the pan with oil, place a spoon in the pan with a spoon, press lightly into a small cake, and fry in the pan.
7.
Turn over after forming on one side, and fry until both sides are slightly yellow.
8.
It smells so good. The child ate piece after piece.
Tips:
1. Sophora japonicus can be disinfected and sterilized by cleaning with salt.
2. Add a little flour first, and then it can wrap the locust blossoms after stirring
