Soup Noodles

Prepare the materials.

Bring the water to a boil.

Prepare a bowl of noodles, add chopped green onion, a spoonful of lard, and a spoonful of noodle fresh soy sauce. Pour boiling water.

Add salt and a spoonful of lard to the boiling water in the remaining pot, add the lettuce leaf soup and scoop it up for later use.

Tips:
When the noodles are cooked, pour half a bowl to cool and boil before they are out of the pot. The noodles are more chewy and not easy to dry!
