Baked Noodles with Fresh Mushroom and Cheese
1.
Prepare materials.
2.
Boil water in the pot, add the noodles when the water is boiled, and remove the noodles after they are soft.
3.
To prevent noodles from sticking to pieces, rinse them in cold water immediately after picking them up, and then pick up and drain the water for later use.
4.
Put olive oil in the pot, add sliced mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry, add a little salt and an appropriate amount of black pepper, stir-fry until the mushrooms are soft, set aside
5.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add a little pepper and salt to beat.
6.
Add the noodles that have been moisturized and mix well.
7.
Take 2 baking bowls, spread 1/2 amount of noodles first, sprinkle 1/4 amount of mozzarella cheese on top, and then layer 1/2 amount of fresh mushrooms.
Spread the remaining 1/2 noodles, 1/4 cheese, and the other 1/2 fresh mushrooms.
8.
Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Put the baking bowl in the middle of the oven and bake for about 10 minutes. After taking it out, spread the remaining cheese on top and bake for about 5 minutes.
9.
Until the surface of the cheese is colored.
Tips:
1. The handmade clay noodles I use are a bit salty, so the amount of salt in the recipe is not much.
2. I just think that mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms are added to the existing ingredients at home, which can be replaced with other seasonal vegetables or seafood.
