No Longer Coveting Fried Noodles in Restaurants

Prepare raw materials: handmade noodles, ham, vegetables, eggs, green onions, garlic.

Cut it up and set aside.

Boil most of the pot of water, put the noodles in it and blanch it for about a minute, and stir with chopsticks.

Drain in a container.

Tips:
The biggest problem with fried noodles is that the pan is easy to stick, so during the entire cooking process, you must always focus on stirring.
