If you are busy and don't have time to cook, you can choose a nutritious and healthy fried noodle.

No Longer Coveting Fried Noodles in Restaurants

1. Prepare raw materials: handmade noodles, ham, vegetables, eggs, green onions, garlic.

2. Cut it up and set aside.

3. Boil most of the pot of water, put the noodles in it and blanch it for about a minute, and stir with chopsticks.

4. After one minute, immediately scoop it up and put it under cold water to make the noodles more resilient.

5. Drain in a container.

6. Fry the eggs and ham.

7. Pour oil in the pot, add garlic, red pepper and other ingredients to saute; put in the noodles, stir evenly with chopsticks, and then add salt and soy sauce.

8. After stirring again, add the fried eggs, ham and sauces, and then add some water.

9. Finally, add green vegetables, stir-fry, and you're done.

Tips:

The biggest problem with fried noodles is that the pan is easy to stick, so during the entire cooking process, you must always focus on stirring.
