Soup Noodles

The side dishes are all ready.

Add the lard and fry the poached eggs.

Stir-fry the tomatoes, fry the juice out and boil them in water.

When the water is boiled, add the noodles.

The noodles can almost be cooked with salt and cabbage.
Boil for about 3 minutes, add chicken essence and chopped green onion.

Bring to a boil. You can eat it.
Tips:
Those who don’t like lard can use cooking oil. But I personally like to cook noodles with lard. This way the noodle soup is better and the noodles are also better.
Stir-fry the tomatoes first, then fry the juice out, the soup will be more delicious.
