Soup Okra

Remove the head and tail of the okra, and dice the preserved egg. Ingredients: okra, minced meat, preserved eggs, eggs or salted duck eggs, red dates, wolfberry, ginger diced.

Boil the okra for 3 minutes, then put it on the plate.

Start the pot and boil oil β minced meat β preserved egg β cooking wine β boiling water or milk β salt sugar β bright oil.
4.
Pour the cooked ingredients onto the okra.
