Put egg liquid, milk, bean dregs and soup in the bread bucket.
2.
Put sugar and salt in the two opposite corners of the bread bucket.
3.
Pour the flour.
4.

6.
Add butter, restart the bread machine, select program 8, the dough program.
7.
Stir for 10 minutes, and it is in the state shown in Figure 7. I feel that this level is almost the same when making a meal bag.
8.
Add honey beans and continue to stir for 5 minutes.
9.
Take the dough out of the bread bucket, put it in the bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and ferment it at 28 degrees to 2.5 times its size in a homemade fermentation tank. Put a cup of warm water in the fermentation tank to increase humidity.
10.
After 1 hour, take out the dough, dip your fingers in some powder, and insert it into the dough without shrinking.
11.
Take out the dough, flatten and vent, and divide it into 9 portions.
12.
Knead the nine pieces of dough separately, put them in a baking tray, cover with plastic wrap, and let them rise at room temperature for 20 minutes.
13.
Put the baking tray into the fermentation box for secondary fermentation, adjust the temperature to 30 degrees, and ferment for about 40 minutes.
14.
The fermented dough is brushed with egg liquid and sprinkled with milk crumbs.
15.
Heat the oven at 180 degrees, up and down, for about 15 minutes in the middle.
