Soup Vermicelli Baby Dish

Wash baby cabbage, cut it in half and then divide it into three or four;

Soak the vermicelli in clear water in advance until soft;

Use oil, salt and ginger to soak the meat slices for later use;

Wash the preserved eggs, remove their shells, and cut into pieces of appropriate size

Heat the oil pan, add the pork slices and ginger garlic and sauté;

After the meat slices turn color, add preserved eggs and fry them for a while;

Then add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil; after the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and cook for about 5 minutes;

Add medlar and vermicelli and cook until soft;
9.
Add baby cabbage and cook until soft;
10.
Just add salt to taste when cooked; add coriander or sesame oil before serving to make it more fragrant~
Tips:
For the fans, I use sweet potato fans. The texture is more transparent and smooth. You can also use ordinary fans instead!
