Sour and Appetizing Shredded Cabbage

First, tear the cabbage (the smaller one or the larger half) into large pieces by hand, soak it in salt water for 3-5 minutes, wash and drain the water for later use

Slice garlic, wash dried chili and peppercorns and set aside

Put 2 scoops of light soy sauce, 1 scoop of vegetarian oil, 2 scoops of balsamic vinegar, and 8 grams of sugar into a bowl and mix well and set aside

Heat the pot and pour in cooking oil (more than usual for stir-frying), add garlic, dried chilies, and peppercorns and stir-fry for a fragrance

Pour in the drained cabbage and stir fry over high heat
