Sour and Spicy Grilled Fish in The Microwave

Slash the back of the fish with several knives diagonally, chop two pieces, and marinate for a while.

Finely chop coriander; chop ginger and garlic into thin strips, and dilute with white vinegar
3.
Drizzle the sauce on the fish.
4.
Sprinkle with chopped coriander.
5.
Drizzle the red chopped pepper on top.
6.
Drizzle with chili oil.
7.
Put it in the microwave, cover it and bite it on high heat for 5 minutes
