Home-style Braised Fish Cubes

Clean the head and tail of the fish.

Tips:
1: Don't be impatient when frying the fish. Fry the fish slowly on a low fire. Shake the pot gently. If it can shift, it means it is ready.
2: If there is no red sour soup, you can replace it with garlic chili sauce.
3: When adding water and braising, gently lift up the fish pieces and turn them over. You can also use a small spoon to pour the soup while cooking to make the fish more delicious.
4: Add cooking wine, rice wine, pepper, can play a role in removing fishy.
