Sour bamboo shoots fish is a famous food in Guangxi, but I don’t use longli fish. I modified this dish by myself. Longli fish has no bones and is easy to eat~

Ingredients

Sour Bamboo Shoot and Dragon Fish

1. After thawing the longli fish, cut into matchbox-sized meat pieces, add cooking wine, green onion, ginger, and salt to marinate for 15 minutes

2. Unpack the purchased sour bamboo shoots, wash them with clean water, and drain the water for later use

3. Peel 1 small head of garlic, cut into minced garlic, heat oil at the bottom of the pan, put the minced garlic, red chopped pepper, and green chopped pepper together, fry the aroma, then put the chopped tomatoes into the pan and fry them. Put the washed sour bamboo shoots into the pot, stir-fry for a while, put the marinated longli fish into the pot, stir-fry with all the ingredients, add half a bowl of water, cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve.

Tips:

When the longli fish is in the pot, do not stir fry immediately, so as not to disturb the fish, wait for a little shape and then turn it carefully.
