Sour Bamboo Shoots Stir Fried Empty Vegetable Stem
1.
Sour bamboo shoots taken from the jar.
2.
Cut into filaments and put in the pot. (Do not drain oil)
3.
Stir-fry slowly.
4.
When frying, wash the dried red pepper and set it aside.
5.
After frying for about ten minutes, the sour bamboo shoots are relatively dry (more moisture). Shovel it to the side of the pot with a spatula and pour the oil.
6.
Add chili and sauté.
7.
Stir well.
8.
Pour in the cut empty vegetable stems.
9.
Continue to stir fry, sprinkle salt and stir well, about a minute, turn off the heat.
10.
Out of the pot. I can’t stop eating.
Tips:
Sour bamboo shoots have a lot of moisture, so you need to dry them first and then add oil to stir fry.
