Tear the cabbage leaves into pieces, trying not to tear them. After tearing it up, put it in the sun for 1 to 2 days

Tips:
Cabbage can be replaced with Chinese cabbage, lettuce leaves, or cauliflower leaves. If you like spicy food, you can add more chili or chopped chili for better taste.
