Sour Fungus

The fungus is completely soaked and cleaned;

Boil in a pot of boiling water for 1 minute, remove and rinse thoroughly with cold water;

Mince the shallots, mince the garlic, and chop the millet into small circles. The amount can be adjusted; you can also add cucumber slices, carrots, etc.;

Put the shallots, garlic, and millet spicy in a bowl, and mix a bowl of vinegar, light soy sauce, salt, and sugar with a bowl of juice, the amount can be larger;

Pour the juice into a fungus bowl, and then drizzle it with chili oil. It can be eaten at the time, or it can be eaten with plastic wrap and refrigerated for 30 minutes before eating. The flavor is better.
Tips:
1. Try to choose small and uniform smooth fungus for fungus. The taste is crisp and tender, and the nutritional value is higher than that of the hairy fungus;
2. The sauce can be adjusted according to the taste, if you add some mustard juice, the taste will be better;
