The Dali girl I know gave me some sour papaya. Every day I return home, it smells like papaya, and I haven't had time to cook.
Sour papaya can be used to make all kinds of sour soup. My best is originally papaya chicken soup, but it takes a bit of time to cook chicken. This time I will make sour papaya beef soup.

Sour Papaya Beef Soup

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Sort out all the food ingredients.

3. Papaya slices.

4. Beef slices, sprinkle in appropriate salt and a small amount of soy sauce, marinate for more than half an hour.

5. Put oil in the wok, heat it up, add the chopped condiments, and fry them until the aroma emerges. Put the marinated ingredients and continue to fry until the beef rolls over and changes color. Add boiling water, add salt, pepper and papaya. Put it in a soup pot and simmer.

Tips:

1. One papaya is enough, two papaya will be very sour;
2. It will be more fragrant after all the ingredients are fried. It is also possible to cook them without frying, which is another flavor.
