Sour Pepper Mixed with Shredded Lettuce

Peel the lettuce and several sour peppers.

Slice the lettuce first and then shred, and cut the sour pepper into shreds.

Place the chopped lettuce on the bottom of the bowl, add refined salt and mature vinegar to taste.

Place the shredded pepper evenly on the shredded bamboo shoots and drizzle with light soy sauce and sesame oil.
5.
Serve and mix well when you eat.
