Sour Radish Duck Soup

Prepare the duck for use.

After the duck is processed and washed, cut into pieces with a knife.

Cut the sour radish into pieces and set aside.

Boil the duck meat in a pot, remove the duck meat after blanching, rinse with clean water and set aside.

1. The taste can be adjusted according to the saltiness of the sour radish. If the sour radish is lighter, you can add some salt.
