Braised Noodles with Radish

Wash the radish and insert it into a thin wire.

Add 10ml of oil to the noodles, mix well, and steam for ten minutes.

Wash the shredded pork, add soy sauce and mix well, heat up the pan and heat the oil, stir-fry the shredded pork with green onion and ginger.
4.
Stir the radish in a pan.
5.
Pour the half-cooked noodles on the shredded radish.
6.
Pour the fried shredded pork on the noodles. Simmer on low heat for eight minutes, add salt and pepper and stir to taste.
