Sour Radish Stewed Duck Soup
1.
After buying the duck, soak it in cold water to remove the blood, then marinate it with cooking wine and starch for 10 minutes, then wash it with water (if you find it troublesome, you can rinse it with water), and then blanch it for later use.
2.
Increase the ingredients in a saucepan or pressure cooker.
3.
For the side dishes, you can use winter melon, radish, potatoes, etc., as you like.
4.
Heat oil in a pot, add ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add duck meat and stir fry. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce to taste. Be careful not to add salt, because sour radish will be added later, which is more salty.
5.
I bought a good pickled radish seasoning with sea pepper in it. Friends who don’t eat spicy food can buy pickled sour radishes without hot peppers at the vegetable market.
6.
Put the fried duck and sour radish into the saucepan.
7.
On the upper layer, add side dishes and a few dried chilies. This chili is very spicy. Two pieces are enough.
8.
Finished product.
Tips:
When buying duck meat, it would be better for the vendor to burn the burrs on the surface.
