The authentic beef with sour soup uses yellow lantern chili sauce, but it’s too spicy, and it’s not always available at home. Many people who can’t eat spicy food are discouraged. Today I don’t use yellow lantern chili sauce and use homemade seasoning instead. The spiciness is slight and the taste is very authentic. Make a big plate, and there is not even the soup left.

Sour Soup Beef (slightly Spicy Version)

1. Prepare the main materials

2. Mince the green onion, ginger and garlic, cut the pickled pepper into sections, prepare to chop the pepper

3. Boiling enoki mushrooms in a pot under water, blanch them and remove them, about 2 minutes

4. Scoop out and place on the bottom of the plate for later use

5. Heat oil in another pan, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry until fragrant

6. Add chopped peppers and pickled peppers and stir fry evenly

7. Add a large bowl of boiling water and the water for the bubble pepper

8. Add a little more white vinegar

9. Turn in time salt

10. Put the beef rolls in the pan, stir it with chopsticks from time to time

11. Cook until boiling, the beef rolls are discolored and broken

12. Pour the beef and soup into a plate with enoki mushrooms, and decorate the surface with chopped green onions.

Tips:

The amount of chopped peppers and pickled peppers can be increased or decreased according to personal taste
