Cauliflower is often used to make dry pans. It feels a little oily. Stir-fry with tomatoes is simple and convenient. The taste is crisp, sweet and sour and refreshing, especially appetizing.

Ingredients

Sour Soup Cauliflower

1. Break the organic cauliflower into small flowers, wash and control dry water for later use

2. Peel the tomatoes and cut into pieces

3. Stir the chopped green onion in a hot pot with cold oil, then add tomatoes and stir fry until soft and juicy

4. Add cauliflower and stir fry

5. Add 1.5 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly with salt

Tips:

1. Tomatoes must be thin and well-ripe, they are easier to become soft and juicy when they are fried\n2. When washing cauliflower, add a little salt to the water, soak it for a while, then stir and wash in one direction to remove the inside of the flower. Dirty things are washed out\n3. Don’t stir-fry cauliflower for too long, otherwise the noodles will not taste good
