Sour Soup Dumplings

Prepare all materials.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the peppercorns until fragrant.

Cut the ginger into finely pieces and put it in the beef filling. Let the pepper oil cool down and mix in the meat filling. Put a little salt (the salt should be added to the meat filling).

When cooking dumplings, prepare sour soup: put sesame oil, grease, dried shrimp skin, vinegar, salt, soy sauce, and spicy oil in a bowl.

Tips:
