Sour Soup Meatball Casserole

Meatballs made in advance. It is also available in the market. This is frozen in my refrigerator.

Prepare your favorite mushrooms.

After washing the tomatoes, you can slice and dice them.

Prepare some vegetables.

Prepare the seasoning. chopped green onion.

Preheat the casserole with oil, add chives and fry. Add the meatballs and stir fry a few times.

Add tomatoes, and tomato sauce.

Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, add light soy sauce and white vinegar.

Simmer on medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.

Add mushrooms and bring to a boil.

Add the greens, a pinch of salt, and cook for a while.

Tips:
1. Add tomatoes and stew until soft and rotten, and the flavor comes out.
2. Mushrooms must be cooked thoroughly before they can be eaten.
3. Add some hot sauce if you like it spicy.
