Sour Soup with Beef

After blanching baby cabbage and enoki mushrooms, put them on the bottom of the plate. After thawing, the fat beef is marinated in cooking wine for 15 minutes, and then blanched.

Put the minced garlic, minced ginger, a little yellow lantern chili sauce, and minced yellow pepper into the pot and stir-fry. Add a proper amount of water to boil, add two spoons of white vinegar, salt, and white pepper.

Pour the soup onto the dish. Heat a little oil in the pan, cut the pepper into small sections, stir-fry a few times, and pour it on the vegetables.
