Sour Soup with Beef

Prepare ingredients, 200 grams of beef fillet, a pack of pickled cabbage and fish material (only the pickled cabbage), a few garlic, a few small red peppers, and a few green onions

Garlic slices, red pepper slices, chives slices

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, put the beef slices in a blanch, remove them for use

Tips:
If the sauerkraut itself is not sour enough, add a little white vinegar when frying the sauerkraut.
