Sour Soup with Beef

Prepare the yellow bell pepper.

Remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, wash them, and blanch them for two minutes to remove.

Heat the pan, pour the oil into the ginger, onion and garlic cloves until fragrant.

Add yellow bell pepper, stir fry, pour in some hot water, add rice vinegar, salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil and cook for two minutes, remove ginger slices and green onions.

Add fat beef and cook until the color changes.
7.
Remove and place on enoki mushrooms.
8.
Pour the soup into the bowl.
9.
Sprinkle with chopped green and red peppers.
10.
Heat the oil in another pot.
11.
Pour hot oil on top and serve.
