Sour Soup with Beef

Prepare ingredients. 200g beef flakes, a pack of pickled cabbage and fish material (only the pickled cabbage). A few garlics, a few small red peppers, and a few chives.

Slice garlic, cut red pepper into sections, and cut chives into sections.

Add water to the pot and boil, then add the beef slices to blanch. Remove and set aside.

Add a little oil to the pot, add garlic and pepper to fragrant, pour in sauerkraut and continue to stir fry. Then add some hot water and cook for five minutes.

Remove the sauerkraut and put it in a large bowl.

Put the beef slices in the pot and continue to boil, add a little chicken essence to taste. Then pour the soup into the bowl together.

Pour a little oil into the pot and add chili when the oil is 70% hot. Turn off the heat and pour into a bowl. Add some chives to garnish and serve.
Tips:
There is salt in sauerkraut, so there is no need to add it during cooking.
