Sour Soup with Beef

Shred ginger, garlic, pat flat, chopped green and red pepper, cut into circles and set aside

Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms, tear them apart, and blanch them in a pot.

Tips:
Only the yellow lantern hot sauce produced in Hainan can make a golden soup.
The broth of the boiled beef will become turbid. You can filter it with a fine mesh colander when adding the soup to the bowl in the last step.
