Sour Soup with Beef

Dice red and green millet peppers, mince green onions and garlic

Wash soaked cowpeas and cut into small cubes

Wash the oyster mushrooms and tear them into small strips for later use

Add water to a boil in the pot, add a little salt and white wine, pour the beef slices, and immediately pick up when boiling.

Pour the cold oil in a hot pot and stir-fry the shallots and garlic to create a fragrance

Pour in the diced cowpea and stir fry for 1 minute

Add tomato sauce and stir fry for red oil

Add proper amount of boiling water and soaked cowpea water to boil

Pour the oyster mushrooms

Add salt, sugar and white vinegar to taste, boil for 1-2 minutes

Tips:
1: Don't blanch the beef slices for a long time to avoid getting old.
2: As the side dishes, you can use enoki mushrooms, bean sprouts, etc. as you like
3: If there is no fat beef at home, it can be replaced with mutton slices or other meat slices, which are as tender as other meat slices.
