Sour Soup with Beef

1. Boil the prepared ingredients into the pot

2. Put the enoki mushroom mat in the bottom of the bowl and put the vermicelli

3. Stir-fry pickled peppers, scallions, ginger and garlic

4. Add water and pour into the blanched beef
