Southern Grilled Fish

Wash the fresh fish and drain the water.

Tips:
Fish is a relatively difficult ingredient to master. Long cooking time will result in poor taste of the fish, short time, and unripeness. So, to make this grilled fish, I used a fool-like electronic oven. The temperature and time are all adjusted, and the temperature is accurately controlled. This time I chose Dongling's K30A oven!
