Soy Beans, Clams and Tofu Soup

Put the fresh clams in clean water, add 1 teaspoon of salt to soak for 3 hours, then rinse off the sediment, drain the water and set aside

Soak the dried soybeans in water for 6 hours, then cut the tofu into small pieces for later use

Put the soaked soybeans into the pot and add water to cook

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, when it is 70% hot, add sliced ginger and sauté fragrant, pour in the clams, and fry until the shell is opened

Then add proper amount of water, add cooked soybeans and tofu after boiling
6.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt and white pepper, cook for another 3 minutes, and it's ready to be taken out of the pot
