Soy Milk Cheese Mousse

Add sugar to the egg yolk and beat well

Sift in low powder

Pour in filtered soy milk

Heat on a small fire until it is slightly viscous and still flowing. Put it in cold water to cool down.

The cheese is softened at room temperature and beaten with egg until smooth

Add the cheese into the soy milk and egg yolk paste in portions and mix well

Use the mousse ring to cut the cake slice into a circle with the same diameter as the mousse ring

A layer of cake and a layer of soy milk cheese paste
