Soy Milk Strawberry Pudding

Soak the gelatine tablets in cold water and set aside

After removing the stems, wash the strawberries and control the moisture, then break them.

Add the strawberry puree and xylitol from step 2 to a small pot, heat to a boil on low heat, and cook for 1-2 minutes

After cooking, separate 150 grams of the pudding liquid, and place the rest as strawberry puree on top of the pudding for decoration

Add 150 grams of pudding liquid to the pot, pour soy milk (if you put sugar, add it here), heat to about 37 degrees (about the temperature of human skin) and turn off the heat

Add the soaked gelatine tablets to step 5 after controlling the moisture, and stir until the gelatine tablets have melted

Pour into the pudding bottle, seal the mouth of the bottle with tin foil, put it in the refrigerator, and pour the remaining strawberry puree on it after solidification
