Soy Pork Claw Soup

Wash the soybeans, chop the pork feet, soak in clean water for 4 hours, change the water twice in the middle

Prepare the seasoning

Boil the pork feet in a pot under cold water first, then pick up and wash

Then add pork feet and soybeans to the pressure cooker and pour water

Add green onion and ginger slices

Pour the cooking wine

First press for 35 minutes

Tips:
1. The pressure cooker will not lose water, so the amount of water can almost cover the food
2. If you don't need a pressure cooker, you can use an open flame to simmer slowly, and add enough water
