Soy Pork Tail

Wash the pigtails, blanch in a pot under cold water, add a few pieces of orange zest and ginger slices to remove fishy.

Boil the water to remove the froth, pour it into the cooking wine, and boil it slightly.

Peel and cut green radishes.

Prepare ginger and other condiments for later use.

Add oil in a hot pan, turn off the heat when the oil is hot, add the tempeh and stir-fry, add ginger and other condiments until fragrant.

After the seasoning is saute, turn on high heat, add the pigtails and stir-fry evenly.

Add the radishes and stir fry together, then pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

Increase the heat in half a bowl of water and simmer for 40 minutes. The radishes will produce water. If there is a lot of water before cooking, you can make a glutinous juice.
