Soy Sauce

Soak the dried soybeans in cold water overnight.

Add water to a boiling pot, add star anise, pepper, and soybeans.

Put the dark soy sauce, salt, and sugar, bring to a boil on high heat, change to low heat.

Tips:
Don't add too much salt, because soy sauce is also salty.
