Wash the soybeans, add star anise, ginger, and water into the pressure cooker, pressurize for 20 minutes until the beans are soft

Then pour out the saucepan, add salt, rock sugar, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce

Simmer on medium-low heat until the sauce is thickened
Tips:
If you use a skillet to boil the beans, soak the beans in clean water for 10 hours. When the beans are full of water and expand in volume, it is easier to boil soft.
