A quick dish to share with everyone. The soy sauce-boiled tofu is very good. I chose the soft tofu. In fact, the old tofu is not easy to crack when it is fried, so it is easier to use. According to personal preference! "

Soy Sauce Braised Tofu

1. Let’s take a gluttonous picture first!

2. Cut the tofu into slightly larger pieces (the soft tofu I used is easy to break when fried, so the cuts are a bit big!);

3. Shred ginger, finely chop shallot and millet pepper;

4. Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan to heat, add tofu and fry until golden brown on both sides;

5. Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot, add shredded ginger, peppercorns and a little chopped green onion until fragrant;

6. Turn off the heat and pour in the fried tofu, add a spoonful of Huadiao wine, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce and appropriate amount of water, and finally add a spoonful of fine sugar;

7. Bring the sauce to a boil over high heat, sprinkle a little chopped green onion and serve;
