Soy Sauce Braised Tofu Noodle Soup

Water tofu is packaged in boxes in the supermarket, and the serving size is a little more than two small pieces of tofu sold in the market.

Change the tofu into small pieces, heat the pan with oil, add the tofu pieces and fry until the two sides are slightly burnt, the purpose is to fry to get rid of the beany taste.

Turn to low heat and add light soy sauce. The amount depends on how much water you want to mix. If you have more water, add more, and if you have less water, add less.

Tips:
The marinated tofu is mainly flavored with sauce. The sugar neutralizes the saltiness of the light soy sauce, and the oyster sauce lifts the umami taste. If you feel that it is not fragrant enough, add pepper and star anise incense pot steps before the light soy sauce.
