Soy Sauce Chicken Gizzards
1.
Dried soybeans are picked out and washed with water and drained
2.
Add about twice as much water as soybeans to the pot and bring it to a boil on high fire. Add salt, sugar, dried red peppers, cinnamon, star anise, bay leaves, and dark soy sauce.
3.
After boiling, pour the soybeans into the marinade, boil again and simmer over slow heat for about half an hour
4.
In the meantime, stir the soybeans in the pot with a spoon, and turn off the heat when the marinade in the pot is dried and the soybean skin is wrinkled.
5.
After the cooked soybeans are out of the pot, spread them out on a flat plate and let them cool, then pick out the marinated ingredients
6.
After cooling, spread the chicken gizzards flat on the turntable, and put them in the microwave on high heat for six to eight minutes
7.
After turning off the heat, take it out and let it cool thoroughly, put it in a clean crisper or glass bottle, and place it in the refrigerator.
8.
When eating, use a small dish to pour out an appropriate amount of marinated beans, then tighten the cap and put it back in the refrigerator for storage
