Soy Sauce Egg Fried Rice

A plate of rice overnight.

Two eggs are cooked in the pan and chopped.

Heat oil in the bottom of the pot, add rice and stir-fry evenly.

Finally, add chicken noodles, two spoons of light soy sauce, and one spoon of soy sauce, stir fry over high heat.

Tips:
1. It is recommended to use Thai rice cooked with fragrant rice, and keep it fresh overnight in the refrigerator. The fried rice will taste dry and distinct.
2. After all the ingredients are in the pot, stir-fry over high heat, and fry until the rice is hot. If you want a darker color, you can add more soy sauce.
