Soy Sauce Pork and Shiitake Mushroom Braised Rice

Wash the dried shiitake mushrooms and soak them. Reserve the water for soaking the shiitake mushrooms for later use. Prepare rice for daily consumption, wash and set aside.

Wash the soy sauce meat with warm water and cut into pieces.

Heat a wok with oil, stir fry the mushrooms with soy sauce for a while, then add the rice. Stir-fry, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce (no need to add salt, a little soy soy sauce, dark soy sauce to adjust the color), stir fry again, after the color is even, add a little chicken essence.

Pick up the pot and pour it into the rice cooker, add water in the usual way of cooking rice, and cook it.

When the rice is not cooked, the aroma will come out. Looking forward to it, a bowl of fragrant stewed rice with soy sauce meat and mushrooms, followed by another dish of small green vegetables, to feast on.
Tips:
The soy sauce meat already has a salty taste. Be careful not to add additional salt during the whole process and master the amount of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.
