Delicious Rice Cake

1. Change the nian gao into sticks.

2. Change the ingredients and set aside.

3. Boil the rice cakes in hot water until they are broken, drain off the water and use cold water for later use.

4. Stir-fry the meat with soy sauce in cold oil in a hot pan to get the oil.

5. Add dried shrimps, stir-fry cabbage, add seasonings and stir-fry until 7 is mature.

6. Pour the rice cakes and stir-fry until they are broken. Pour some cooking wine to make them fresh and add some chopped green onions.

7. It is served on a plate, with a full range of colors, fragrances and flavors.

Tips:

When stir-frying the soy sauce meat, control the heat, it is easy to stir-fry, add the ingredients according to personal taste, because I have the stuff I have. Note: (Cold water under the rice cake is not easy to stick)
