Soy Sauce Shiitake Mushrooms

Remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and wash them.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry for one minute, and serve on a plate for later use.

Put the oil in the pan and stir-fry a few times with the sweet noodle sauce. The heat is low throughout.

Pour in the shiitake mushrooms and stir well.

Pour in hot water, and boil the shiitake mushrooms.

Collect the soup over medium heat.

Sprinkle some white sesame seeds and mix well.
