Soybean and Winter Melon Fan Bone Soup

Prepare fan bones, soybeans (soak in advance to shorten the soup time), winter melon (rub the skin with salt), carrots, and ginger.

Put the fan bones in the pot and boil for two minutes.

While boiling in the pot, remove the wax gourd and cut into pieces, carrots and ginger into pieces.

The fan bones are cooked and rinsed to remove any foam.
5.
Put the fan bones, soybeans, carrots, and ginger cubes into an electric pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, and start boiling the soup.
6.
Add winter melon and continue to boil.
